Appellant instituted this action to vacate an order of the Texas Industrial Accident Board awarding appellee compensation for the death of her husband, M. N. Addison. By cross-action appellee, Mrs. Addison, also sought to vacate the Boards award, which though favorable to her was apparently unsatisfactory to her was apparently unsatisfactory to her in amount. Verdict was directed below for Mrs. Addison when both parties moved for directed verdicts at the conclusion of all the evidence. The insurance carrier appeals.
